Care Fall™ is a portable assessment suite of technologies that objectively screens for gait, cognitive, and hearing health. The assessment is administered by trained clinicians with findings integral to identifying risks, enabling more personalized care, and reducing care costs through targeted interventions.

We have launched into LTC homes and initiated our community-based business through an Alternative Level of Care (ALC) project that sees our assessment as a part of a successful hospital-to-home program.

The concept is that, without knowing the specific risk a person has of cognitive decline or falls as a preliminary step, we cannot efficiently provide the right care at the right time and in the right place (i.e., home, LTC, hospital).

Care Fall™ takes less than 30 minutes for our clinicians to administer. Utilizing our staff and using the data to direct interventions frees up human resources to fulfill the hands-on care required in other aspects of daily routines of patients, residents, and clients.

A follow-up assessment is then conducted at either 30, 90, or 180 days depending on the environment and what initiatives are being implemented. This regular collection of data provides standardized data by which improvements or declines can be recorded and acted upon.
